COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Argus Alphanumeric O31O1-O8-256N parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Texas-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Moeller product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Texas-Instruments such as the PFS3607 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TRLL36BB16 manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RASP23432302K2C3A060 by Manufacturer Moeller as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Honeywell Brand RP522A1004 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as SM5 equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R61024ZS2LC made by Northstar-Technologies as well as the popular PC11001022 original spares produced by Westinghouse Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OPT090 by Amtech and SM5 spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P126S22X72BM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hoerbiger-Origa. |
